Wallhausen Steilwand
Also known as: Konstanz-Wallhausen Hochhaus · Wallhausen
Divers enter at the slipway next to the Wallhausen harbour, swim about 50 m west and descend from the corner of the high-rise building, following a marker line. The slope holds a small sunken fir forest at about 12 m, a little shark figure and a surfboard at about 23 m, then steepens into an imposing wall. After roughly 20 minutes the 'Klinker', a boulder wedged in a crack, can be swum through at about 50 m. Tina's Tauchschule compares hovering past the rock formations to floating through the Grand Canyon and describes a shallow, seagrass-covered slope full of fish near the houses on Uferstrasse. The ascent must be made at the red and white marker line, otherwise divers end up in the closed harbour zone.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
