Yorikoba
Also known as: ヨリコバ (Japanese)
The rectangular rock is coated with soft corals over which sea goldies and other anthias swarm. Striped boarfish, parrotfish and groupers are common, and schools of amberjacks and dogtooth tuna can circle divers. At around 40 m rare dartfish live on the sand, and hammerheads and sunfish have been reported. Because of the depth, dives are short and dive centres stress decompression limits and carrying a signal float.
