Glass World
Also known as: グラスワールド (Japanese)
West of the buoy, coral rubble attracts stripeys, goatfish and spawning wrasses, and a cleaning station draws many species. East of the buoy two tall rocks are a favourite for macro subjects such as jawfish and nudibranchs. Large Porites colonies and big sponges are landmarks, and the shallows to the south have a high chance of green turtles. Southern species such as fire gobies, and a damselfish that ARK says is common in the Kansai area only here, add a tropical feel. When current reaches the site from the open sea, amberjacks may pass.
