Kahalu'u Beach Park

Kahalu'u Beach Park lies at about mile 4.8 on Ali'i Drive, south of Kailua-Kona. It is a very popular spot for sunbathers and snorkelers, and Jack's Diving Locker includes it on its Kona shore diving and snorkeling map as especially good for new snorkelers. Zentacle describes plentiful fish and abundant turtles and calls it suitable for beginner divers. The park has good facilities.
