Toro Sie
Also known as: Torro Sie
A ridge runs west from the rock and is covered in feather stars and soft corals. The seabed around the rock is good for interesting critters. Out over the sand to the south-west lies a patch reef with excellent fish life and often a few big groupers. Visibility is usually better during the north-west monsoon, as at most southern sites.
