Banana Split

The reef top runs north to south just below the surface and gives the site its name. On the western side it falls to boulders at around 30 m, home to groupers, sharks and pelagic fish, while on the eastern side boulders start at about 10 m. A detached pinnacle stands at the southern end. Several sweetlips species sometimes school together, and thousands of anthias and wrasses can be seen spawning over the top.
