Loh Namu

Divers drift around the tip of the peninsula from the south side to the north side at about 28 m, timed for shortly before high tide. The fish concentrate at the southern corner, where big boulders lie on the drop-off and a few caves give shelter. The park counts its coral trout schools here among the largest it has, and malabar groupers and very large Napoleon wrasse are also present, possibly gathering to spawn. Giant trevally hunt along the wall, and a giant clam lives in about 8 m of water.
