Pertamina Pier
Also known as: Pertamina Jetty · Pertimina Jetty
The jetty at the western end of Avenida de Portugal is used to unload fuel, and from the surface it looks like nothing special. Underneath, every pylon is covered with sponges and sea fans, and the shade holds schools of large sweetlips, batfish, snappers and barracuda, plus big scorpionfish. Divernet calls it the wreck dive you do when there is no wreck. The rocky bottom offers nudibranchs, shrimps, eels, frogfish and ghost pipefish. Divers swim out along the pier from the beach, must not dive when a fuel ship is moored and should carry a knife because of nets and lines.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
