Pinnacle Point
Also known as: The Pinnacle
Pinnacle Point lies off the south-eastern tip of Big Ligid Island, north-east of Samal. When In Manila describes three narrow, cone-shaped mounts in a row, each peak deeper than the one before, the deepest at around 61 m. The currents here can be fierce, so PuertoParrot recommends entering at high tide for the least current and the best visibility. Morays and octopus hide in the small holes, and trevally, surgeonfish and jacks are reported.
