Mansud Wall

Also known as: Mansuod

Mansud Wall lies on the north side of Talikud Island, the small island off the south-west coast of Samal. Hard and soft corals and sponges cover the wall, which is full of cracks and holes, and a diver's blog also reports wide sea fans. According to Dive Happy, a plateau at about 12 m comes before the wall continues down, and the soft coral there is best enjoyed while hanging in the current. PADI lists nudibranchs, scorpionfish and turtles, and Dive Happy saw a ghost pipefish among the usual reef fish. Currents are sometimes strong, and the site is well suited to drift diving.
