San Francisco Wall
Also known as: San Francisco · Pared de San Francisco
The edge starts at about 15 m and slopes steeply into deep water rather than dropping vertically. Healthy barrel sponges, sea rods and brain coral cover the slope, and the cuts between about 15 and 21 m are worth exploring. French, grey and queen angelfish, filefish, parrotfish and black groupers are common, and turtles and nurse sharks are often seen. Stingrays, eagle rays and fields of tube worms are found on the sand at the top of the wall.
