Froggy Pond
The beach shelves quite steeply at the waterline and boulders lie scattered in the shallows. Rocky reefs line both sides of the little bay, and depths stay shallower than about 10 m. Dive Action lists it among its favourite False Bay shore dives. Like the neighbouring Simon's Town shore sites it is best dived in winter, when the south-easter is quiet.
