Paçoz Bay
Paçoz Bay lies between Smugglers Bay and the lighthouse of Karaada, about 30 minutes by boat from Bodrum harbour. Its wall is covered in plant growth and sponges and runs from six or seven metres to around 30 metres. In the bay lies an old fishing boat wreck known as the Sultan wreck, and three small caves can be visited by divers with the right training. Stingrays, octopus, groupers of all sizes, lobsters and barracuda schools are seen along the wall. Dive centres consider it suitable from beginners to advanced divers, and the C-47 Dakota wreck lies just to the left of the bay.
