Hesperus

Also known as: Turtle Wreck

The Hesperus, described as a cement barge, lies on a sand and seagrass bottom on the bank, with its top only about 3 m below the surface. Loggerhead sea turtles gather on the wreck, especially at night, which earned it its nickname. Barracuda and stingrays are seen here as well. Visibility on the bank can be greenish, but the shallow water makes the wreck suitable for all divers and for snorkelling.
