Hawksbill Reef
Also known as: Hawksbill
Hawksbill Reef stretches almost a mile from north to south along North Bimini, too long to see in a single dive. Its medium-profile coral patches sit on white sand just beyond the cruise ship pier. Angelfish, Bermuda chub, French grunts, creole wrasse and moray eels live on the reef, and hawksbill turtles give the site its name. A mild northbound current can run along it.
