Rising Sun Dive Centre Zanzibar is in Bwejuu Beach on the South East Coast of Zanzibar, United Republic of Tanzania. It teaches in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. The centre runs small groups, with no more than three buddy teams per instructor, and dives the open ocean side of the island from a handmade mahogany dhow. Its East Coast dive sites include sloping reefs, drop-offs, walls and deep sites such as Sponge, Makanda, Ukwehli, Anchor Piont and Blue Wall, with barrel sponges, turtles, rays, barracuda, dolphins, whales and occasional white tip reef sharks among the marine life. The centre offers PADI and RAID courses up to Divemaster level, with further specialty courses, plus online learning.
