Dive center Dive Timor Lorosae
Dive Timor Lorosae is in Díli, Timor-Leste. It teaches in English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Dutch. The centre has been diving in Timor Leste since 2000 and is the oldest existing dive shop in Timor and the only PADI 5 Star ECO Centre in the country. Boat dives go to Atauro Island, shore dives run from a 5 to 50 minute drive along the scenic coastline, and diving, snorkelling and whale watching trips are available. Visibility is described as excellent, with a wide variety of dives around the island and along the coast. Accommodation includes a guest house and studio apartments, with an on-site restaurant. PADI courses run from first underwater experience through PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, with Divemaster training that includes mentor-style work with professional instructors.
