The entry is a gradual walk from the beach into very shallow water. The breakwater rocks protecting the bay have become an artificial reef with parrotfish, damselfish, octopus and moray eels. On the sand, cuttlefish, weeverfish and, mostly in the cooler months, angel sharks can be found. At night the site changes character as octopus, rays and other nocturnal animals become active.
