This site is a wide sand plain typical of Jackson's Bight, enclosed by big coral heads on two sides and on a third by the wall reef, which is riddled with swim-throughs. As the name suggests, spotted eagle rays often circle over the sand, sometimes several at once. Large parrotfish graze the sand alongside stingrays, hogfish and razorfish. French angelfish and groupers are friendly regulars, and schools of reef squid sometimes gather around the mooring line. Paradise Divers report frequent shark sightings along the wall.
