Kakani Thila

Underwater blocks and ridges link the thila to an island and are covered in yellow, orange, pink, blue, purple and green soft corals. Nurse sharks and lobsters rest in its overhangs by day, while yellow snappers, blue fusiliers, anthias and large surgeonfish swim around the formations. Depending on the current, pelagic fish and, in season, manta rays appear. Dive centres describe it as a favourite of underwater photographers.
