Divers enter by stairs from Gab Gab Beach on Naval Base Guam and swim north to the drop-off of the first reef. Concrete buckets at about 15 and 25 ft serve as tie-off points for floats. The reef slopes down with plenty of corals and anemones, and turtles and large numbers of reef fish are common. Because the beach is on base, divers must carry proof of certification. The rock at the foot of the stairs is slippery, so a careful entry is advised.
