San Dimitri Point
Également connu sous le nom de : San Dimitri · San Dimitri Point - Tirxa
Boats anchor on the reef, which local fishermen call Tirxa, and divers circle it at the depth they choose. Between the reef and the cliff a passage runs under large boulders at about 18 m, home to orange cardinalfish and a favourite for photos. A legend tells of a hermit's chapel to St Dimitri that fell into the sea with the cliff and still rings its bell underwater. Tuna, amberjack and occasionally rays add to the chance of big fish, and the shallow reef is also good for snorkelling.
