Sakiyama North Corner

Also known as: 崎山ノースコーナー (Japanese)

Because the water is so clear, sunlight reaches the deeper parts and shows the colours of fish that would otherwise need a torch. Current hitting the rock draws fish, and pyramid butterflyfish and anthias swarm at its point. Coral on the rock holds clown anemonefish and other anemonefish, and fathead anthias live deeper. Eagle rays sometimes pass with the current.
