Henry's Bommie

Henry's Bommie is the best known site of Fairey Reef, a popular outer reef near Hardy Reef. The bommie rises from about 12 m to just below the surface and is covered in good coral with clouds of small tropical fish. A narrow gap leads into a cave where a giant clam about a metre across lives. A resident turtle is often found here at night. The best way to see it all is to circle the bommie, and current is minimal.
