Punta Rasca
Also known as: San Miguel
The descent crosses pale sand and steep volcanic slopes to a wall that begins around 30 m and continues far deeper. A rock formation stands slightly apart from the main reef, and nearby a narrow arch surrounded by black coral cuts through the rock. Large groupers, barracuda, butterfly rays and schools of fish are seen, and the area is one of the places where ocean sunfish have been reported. Recreational divers stay at the upper part, while the deeper section is planned as a technical dive.
