Turtle Bay

Turtle Bay lies between Amphoras and Paradise. A sloping sandy plateau runs from about 10 to 26 m and carries large coral pinnacles wrapped in glassfish, with gorgonians at mid depth and a coral garden in the north. Because it is visited less than its neighbours, it is often quieter. Stingrays rest on the sand while turtles graze on soft corals, and butterflyfish, anthias and royal angelfish crowd the reef. A current check decides the direction of the drift.
