Cap La Houssaye
Also known as: Cap Lahoussaye
Cap La Houssaye can be dived from the shore or from a boat, which makes it a favourite for first dives and night dives. Coral grows over rocks scattered on the sand and along a small drop-off, and an old cannon lies at about 5 m. To the east a seagrass bed draws green turtles that feed and rest there. An open cave shelters lobsters, slipper lobsters, catfish and schools of juvenile fish, with a shaft of light in its middle. Local clubs also praise it for small life such as nudibranchs, pipefish and frogfish.
