Pain de Sucre

Pain de Sucre takes its name from a rectangular rock that fell from the cliff and stands on the beach of Boucan Canot. Under water the dive follows a broken reef flat with faults, canyons, arches and small caves, which then gives way to white sand and scattered rocks. Trevally often patrol the site in groups, and turtles and clownfish in their anemones are regular sights. Now and then a large barracuda or a Napoleon wrasse turns up. The shallow depth makes it a classic for try dives, by day and at night.
