Tanjung Butong
Also known as: Tanjung Butung · Trigger Alley
Massive boulders slope from the shallows down to sand in deep water, with overhangs along the way. In Trigger Alley divers are surrounded by triggerfish. Trevally, barracuda, jacks and bumphead parrotfish patrol the deeper parts. Closer to the surface, scorpionfish, pipefish, nudibranchs, anemones with clownfish and turtles are hidden among the corals. Because the point is exposed, strong current is possible on some days.
