Nashiro-oki
Also known as: Sukakin-no-ne
Unlike the walls and crevasses of the other Itoman sites, Nashiro-oki is a single large heap of coral standing in open sand. On its southeast end garden eels poke out of the sand and a dense school of tiny glassfish hangs by the coral. Spiralling up the mound, divers find rare nudibranchs, eels and sea snakes. It is a gentle dive suited to beginners and macro lovers.
