Hembadhoo Wreck
The wreck is about 16 m long, and the dive runs from about 15 m down to about 25 m. Sponges, soft corals, black corals and cup corals cover the hull, and longnose hawkfish live among them. Groupers, sweetlips, moray eels, stingrays, many lionfish and schools of snapper are common, and a large Napoleon wrasse sometimes sleeps under the wreck at night. The surrounding reef has healthy corals, pink anemones and schools of damselfish.
