Pierre de Briançon
La Pierre de Briançon is the rock that breaks the surface off the southern face of Jarre island, near the Rainbow Cave. Several large blocks form passages, a large arch opens at about 25 m on the eastern side, and two narrow tunnels lie at about 15 and 8 m. Fish are usually few, but the fixed fauna and flora are very rich. A small creek next to the rock gives boats shelter from the Mistral.
