Black John
Outflow from the reverse osmosis plant enters the sea here and can form a clearly visible halocline. Near the entry there is a small arch or overhang and interesting rock formations, with large boulders, sea grass and sand further out. It is the least dived of the Ghar Lapsi sites because it means a 200 m walk over rough ground from the plant or a long swim of about 400 m from the cove. Currents can pick up on the seaward side.
