Ave Maria
Ave Maria rises in the channel between Praslin and La Digue, close to White Bank, with which it is often combined. Big granite boulders around the island are split by canyons and cracks that are overgrown with soft coral. Turtles, stingrays and bumphead parrotfish are regular, and reef sharks, eagle rays and barracuda appear from time to time. Lobsters, octopus, crabs and shrimp hide between the rocks. ZuBlu calls it typically calm, and Scubago says one dive is not enough to see everything.
