Lagoa Verde
The shallow, transparent water lets visitors see fish even from the surface, and snorkellers swim among sergeant majors. Scuba divers find a typical Ilha Grande site averaging about 5 m and reaching 15 m. Moray eels, crabs and small reef fish live among the rocks. Liveaboard boats often stop here at the end of the day for a final dive and a night dive. Boat traffic needs attention.
