Lage Branca
The rock is easy to find thanks to its navigation light and is reached by boat from Angra dos Reis or Paraty. When the sea allows, divers can swim all the way round it in about 35 minutes while staying at 5 to 7 m. The bottom around the rock reaches about 25 m. Visibility is usually good, but a current of one to two knots can run, so the site is rated for advanced open water divers.
