Big Reef
Also known as: Büyük Reef · Dalyan Reef · Barracuda Reef · Büyük Resif
Big Reef rises as a large wedge of rock half a kilometre off the coast and is known to some dive centres as Dalyan Reef or Barracuda Reef. Boats moor on its top, and divers head for the south-east corner where a steep, colourful wall falls away. The wall is covered in anemones and nudibranchs and full of cracks that hide morays and groupers, while a short tunnel lies near its deep end. Schools of barracuda, amberjacks and turtles are often seen, and stingrays have been spotted on the sand below. Currents can be strong, so it is worth checking them before the dive.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
