Żurżiep Reef

After a tour of the shallow reef, divers usually follow a channel between the reef and the cliff through a small arch at about 10 m. A large boulder at about 18 m shelters a resident shoal of orange cardinalfish, and a channel and wall at 25 to 30 m on the south side hold slipper lobsters and moray eels. Fireworks anemones live in the overhangs near an open cavern on the north-west side. The plateau is good for snorkelling and for a relaxed safety stop.
