Pontão 16

The barge was sent to the bottom in 2003 so that divers would have a wreck in a fairly sheltered spot. Sponges and algae now cover its metal, and large numbers of white seabream crowd around it. Round stingrays, lizardfish and flounders are regular on the surrounding sand, and schools of grey triggerfish hang in the water column. It is an easy wreck to navigate, but its depth makes it a dive for more experienced divers.
