Sec du Cap d'Armes
Also known as: Sec du Cap d'Arme
Saint P'Hyères Plongée compares the size of the rock to the Gabinière islet set on a 66 m bottom. The relief alternates steep rocky ridges covered in very large gorgonians with valleys of light sand winding through the massif. Spiny lobsters, scorpionfish and basket stars are found in impressive numbers and sizes. The site is exposed to all winds and often to the Ligurian current, so the club recommends at least oxygen decompression or, better, light trimix and several dives to see it.
