Crau de Nao

The Crau de Nao is a single rock where currents are usually gentle and fauna abundant. Rays, groupers and barracudas are typical encounters, while octopus, corbs and cuttlefish hide around the rock. It can be reached by boat, or from the shore via the coastal path from the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat lighthouse towards Villefranche-sur-Mer.
