Pointe de la Croix
The park route follows the ridge south to its foot at about 26 m and climbs back over the meadow to large slabs and boulders between 8 and 18 m, a maze that shelters big resident fish such as groupers. The contrast of the white gorgonian forest with the dark green Posidonia is the signature of the site. Lavandou Plongée notes that the nearby meadows are true nurseries full of young fish. The site is exposed to east wind and has frequent east-west current, and Saint P'Hyères Plongée dives it when the Gabinière is too rough for beginners.
