Manuelita Coral Garden

Manuelita Coral Garden lies in the protected waters of Chatham Bay and is usually the first dive of a liveaboard trip. Wannadive, which also calls it Manuelita Inside, rates it the best coral reef at Cocos, with healthy coral and many schools of fish. Whitetip reef sharks are present in numbers too large to count, and frogfish, snappers and parrotfish reward a slower look. Hammerheads, tiger sharks, mantas, eagle rays and turtles pass by at times. Large numbers of whitetips have also made it known as a night dive.
