L'Arche de Noël

Also known as: Arche de Noël

After a descent through open water divers reach a rocky outcrop whose relief of peaks and plateaux is full of sponges, fish and lobsters. A large arch, its top about 20 m below the surface, rests on the bottom at around 42 m and can be swum through. Further out to sea a small tunnel is visible when divers rise slightly. Turtles and stingrays may appear along the walls. From July to October humpback whales and their calves are often spotted on the boat ride.
