Arthur's Rock
Also known as: Arthur's Reef
The rock rises from deeper water to a shallow reef and is covered with hard and soft corals, sea fans and sponges. Currents bring jacks, trevally and barracuda, while snappers and groupers hang around the rock. Cracks in the rock hide nudibranchs and crustaceans, which makes the site popular with nudibranch hunters. Divers often continue from the rock towards the neighbouring Dead Palm area.
