Saxe Point

Also known as: Saxe Point Park

The site lies inside Saxe Point Park at the end of Fraser Street, with ample parking and trails down to a small sheltered beach. The wall begins almost at the surface and can be followed to the left or right. Its undercuts and small crevices hold most of the life, including a colourful cover of sponges best seen with a torch. Visibility drops after rough weather, so it is a simple, relaxed dive rather than a showpiece. The park itself, with trails and facilities, makes it an easy family outing.
