Puruni Wreck

Also known as: Puruni · Purunia · Purunia Wreck · HMT Purini

This First World War gunship went down in 1918 and now rests in roughly 40 ft of water off Mayreau. Its shallow depth makes it a good first wreck dive, yet experienced wreck divers enjoy it too. The marine park describes it as a popular and much-visited site that attracts a wide range of tropical fish. ZuBlu identifies it as probably the British patrol boat HMT Purini.
