Seian Maru
Also known as: IJN Seian Maru
Built in 1938 and 351 ft long, the Seian Maru first laid anti-submarine nets and patrolled for the Japanese Navy, and was later converted into an auxiliary tanker. US Navy aircraft sank her four days after the Oryoku Maru. The twisted and ripped plating of her midsection still shows the force of the attack. She rests on her port side and is one of the less visited Subic wrecks, because visibility is unreliable and the harbour authority sometimes restricts access.
