Keyhole Pinnacles
Also known as: Key Hole Pinnacles · The Pinnacles
The four pinnacles stand within a radius of about 150 m, so a single dive can circle and weave between all of them. Divers usually start east of the site and drift across a field of finger coral toward the peaks, with the boat following above. The near-vertical walls are covered in gorgonians, sponges and corals that shelter trumpetfish, filefish, frogfish and seahorses, while grouper, jacks and snapper patrol around them. Whale sharks and ocean sunfish have been reported here. The SMMA warns that sediment from the nearby Soufriere River threatens the site after heavy storms.
