La Pirámide

Also known as: The Pyramid

La Pirámide counts among the best-known dive sites of San Andrés and is an area of coral restoration work. Good visibility and the shallow depth make it a favourite for first dives, training dives and relaxed photo or video dives. Marine life is rich: rays, turtles and barracudas are frequent, and nurse sharks and red snappers are also listed. Contributors recommend it for night dives as well. It is reached only by boat, about five minutes from the Toninos marina.
